Yes. City water installs are $2,950, installed. Well water installs are $3,750, installed. That's the whole price. The one exception: if your home has visible sediment issues (older galvanized pipes, specific well conditions), we may recommend adding a pre-sediment filter for $249. We'll tell you about this during the initial phone call, not on install day. If it's needed, you'll know before we ever come out.
Well water starts at $3,750 installed. Most Central Florida wells run 20 to 30+ grains per gallon hardness, often with iron, sulfur, or sediment — our dual-tank configuration handles all of that. If your well has a strong rotten egg smell or significant iron staining, you may need our Iron/Sulfur Removal System with hydrogen peroxide oxidation, which is $6,500 installed. We'll confirm which system is right for you during the initial phone call, so you'll know the exact price before we ever come out.
Most installs take 1–3 hours. We arrive in the morning, set up the system in your garage or utility area, connect everything to your main water line, pressure-test, and walk you through how it works before we leave. By dinnertime, your water is treated. Well installs can take slightly longer (2 to 4 hours) depending on scope of work needed because of the dual-tank setup. Either way, you're in and out in a day.
No. Central Florida water is extensively documented, the Floridan Aquifer profile is known, and your utility publishes an annual water quality report. We already know what's in your water. If you want specific contaminant data for your utility, we'll point you straight to the EPA and EWG databases so you can read it yourself. Then, when you're ready, we install.
